A full, well-balanced wine with beautiful, sweet summer fruit, citrus and a delicate minerality. Clear with a fresh greenness on the edges. An abundance of ripe tropical fruit such as passion fruit, grapefruit and black currant complemented by pineapple, yellow cling peaches, greener flavours of fig, and herbaceous notes that end with a flintiness on the nose. Serve slightly chilled on its own, or with salmon, trout, seafood pasta and Chevin goat’s milk cheese.
