Terms and Conditions for the Wine Hamper Competition
The promoter of this competition is 911 Wine, a family run business based in Oude Westhof, Cape Town, South Africa.
The competition is open to residents of the Oude Westhof and surrounding area, aged 18 years or over, except employees of 911 Wine and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
To enter the competition, simply register a profile on the 911wine.co.za website, providing your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address.
The competition will run from 4 October 2023 to 31 October 2023. After this date, no further entries will be accepted.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to you as soon as possible.
The prize is a wine hamper containing a selection of wines from selected wine farms from the Durbanville Wine Valley farms and estates, valued at over R2000. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
The winner will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the promoter.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will deliver the prize to the winner's address within 5 days of the winner claiming the prize.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
