The Quarry Merlot is a vibrant and elegant wine. The grapes are hand selected from 3 premium vineyard blocks. This Merlot presents aromas of red berries, spice and hints of dark berries on the nose. Matured tannins with a full-bodied mouthfeel and lingering flavours on the palate with an oaky finish.
