The Atlantic Slopes Sauvignon Blanc is grown from a single block of Vinyard on the farm. It is a lively wine that displays a beautiful hue, with abundant citrus fruit on the nose. Fresh hints of grass and passion fruit notes with a distinct minerality coming through on the palate. A lovely complex wine that will benefit from further aging of up to 5 years.
